Pigs from Beauregard Farm in MARGUERITTES

Here is the story of the VERRECCHIA family and their Gardois pig farm located in Marguerittes (30), just a few kilometers from Mas de Boudan.
Chantal and Bruno Verrecchia embarked on outdoor pig farming in the 2000s. Bruno comes from generations of breeders and butchers…
They settled in Marguerittes, at La Ferme Beauregard, with 6 hectares of land.
Over the years, they develop their activity with the construction on the farm of the manufacturing laboratory intended for the transformation of the products resulting from their breeding, then the opening of the shop on the farm.
They are later joined by Anthony, the son!
Respectful above all of animal well-being, La Ferme Beauregard has chosen open-air breeding, much more than a job… a passion.
Their pigs are raised with adapted food, traced cereals, from the local basin, without GMOs and without any antibiotic treatment.
Their second passion: charcuterie... Thanks to this quality meat, they can prepare beautiful cured meats, hams and other charcuterie.
La Ferme Beauregard is recommended by the reference guides, Petit Futé and Gault & Millau. Members of Militant du Goût, committed to short circuits, their productions are regularly rewarded at annual competitions.
