Fruits and vegetables from my garden in Ners

I have the pleasure to introduce you my 4000M² garden located in NERS (Gard - 30).
In the good care of my friend Christian Colautti, militant market gardener, we have created this space for the restaurant.
He is a very demanding man of trust.
Herloom tomatoes, eggplants, pepper, sweet pepper from the Cévènes… It is the results of years of hard working and tests to get the results we were looking for.
Everyone knows the secret, but a few how to make it true : selection of seedlings, weeding by hand, no use of pesticides… that is the recipe to get quality products.
So we can product for the Mas de Boudan with a lot of precision… and the help of mother nature, which is the only master !
If this garden is the result of a long partnership with Christian, it is not my first try !
In the 2000’s, I had my own garden when I was the head chef of the Castellas in COLLIAS (Gard – 30). Once more, the passion of good products leads to the nature.
