This is why we no longer advertise a particular species of seasonal fish on our menus, but “La Pêche du Grau du Roi “Côté Fish””.

It is no longer the fisherman or the chef who decides the menu, but Mother Nature.

Together we are implementing a real comprehensive and proactive environmental approach: restaurateur and artisan fisherman working hand in hand, from the sea to the plate, with respect for nature and the product.
