I present to you Les Volailles D'Alice, by Alain and Daniel RAYMOND, in AYRENS (15).

Their mature chickens and guinea fowl, reared in the open air, are unequaled products. Alain and Daniel RAYMOND have a know-how that allows them to offer very high quality products thanks to precise working methods: they do not cheat and this is how they obtain exceptional results!

"Accommodated from its first day of life, the guinea fowl from Alice's farm comes from a cross between different slow-growing breeds.
During its life, it will be fed with a rich and varied diet guaranteed non-GMO and SOY-free. In addition, we adhere to the BLEU BLANC CŒUR charter which highlights the benefits of a diet enriched with OMEGA (high intake of FLAX SEEDS in the diet).
Today, all of our poultry is fed SOYA-free in order to best preserve the environment and promote French vegetable production.
From a young age, she will have access to vast natural grasslands where they will find insects, worms and other healthy and varied foods.
From 80 days, its flesh will be refined thanks to a milk diet (about 500 liters of milk per day are used, this one coming from a neighboring farm).
This refining will continue until its maturity, that is to say 140 days or more.
The slaughter is carried out on site, in fact our slaughterhouse is located in the heart of our breeding site.
All this was done in order to limit any stress likely to modify the quality of the flesh of our poultry.
Our guinea fowls are guaranteed without any antibiotics or deworming.
All this work philosophy contributes to giving taste and flavor to our products and also to our breeding".
