The spirit of the Bistr’AU
In an authentic Provencal farmhouse, surrounded by an estate covering some 7,500 m², the Bistr’AU invites you to discover Bistronomy updated by Jérôme Nutile , a stone's throw from the center of Nîmes.
Far removed from the common clichés of a bistro, the Bistr’AU offers a welcoming ambiance with touches of bright colours which set the rhythm for the atmosphere.
Simple and delicious cuisine
At the "Bistr'AU", the dishes play the card of "gourmet simplicity".
Simplicity which can already be seen in its name: bistro is adapted with an inventive form of spelling, which places the letters "AU" at the end of the word, the initials of the chef children's names.
Devoted to good quality produces, the kitchen team prepares fresh market produces and enhances them with their skills. Every day, three starters, two main courses (one meat dish and one fish dish) and three desserts are served in order to ensure ever more pleasure for guests.
And for even greater harmony between the ingredients and the dishes, a very attractive wine list is also available.

Menu prices for lunch and dinner:
- Menu for €26 (starter + main course or main course + dessert) for lunch only
- Menu for €35 (starter + main course + dessert, drinks not included)

- For dinner from 7:30 pm to 9:45 pm
We advise you to book a table before coming.
Over 6 guests we ask you to confirm your reservation request at the Bistr'AU with a credit card guarantee via a secured system.
- The sanitary mask is still mandatory. We invite you to bring your own or we can sell you one for 1.50€ per mask.
- For food hygiene, health conditions, safety and by respect for the other guests, pets are not welcome at the Bistr’AU.
